Bacon & Cheese Scones

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 Rashers COLCOM Middle Cut Bacon, diced and cooked
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Finely sliced Spring Onions
  • 1 Cup Milk

Method

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into greased patty pans. Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 15 minutes.
